My life, my way, my end…

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Ephesians 2:10

Many voices clamor for our attention, trying to divert us to a ‘better’ path. But God has called each of us into a unique path, which He planned and distinctly designed for us before the world began.

Therefore no matter what the world says, we must ensure that we seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit and feel the Peace of Christ in the decisions we make for ourselves.

We must not let anyone convince us that their path or the path that most people are taking is the right way for us to take. And similarly we must be careful not to extol our path as superior to another’s way.

What God requires of us is to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with Him wherever He leads.

Let us pray that we will find peace in our path. Not peace as the world gives, but the Peace of God which will keep our heart and mind at ease in a way that surpasses all understanding…amen!
