Trophies in the heavens

“Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, O my soul. I will praise the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.”

Psalm 146:1–2.

When adversity strikes, we are told to thank God anyway. And it sounds crazy. It seems inconsiderate for anyone to even suggest that.

However, if we do manage to thank Him for our problems, that gratitude in His sovereignty becomes a showpiece in the heavenly realms.

I pray that even when things are tough, we will affirm that God is the one from whom all blessings flow. May He always provide us with many blessings. Amen!
