God’s tempo

“And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”

2 Corinthians 3:18.

As we become closer and more intimate with God, we are transformed from the inside out. And the glory of God begins to shine all around us.

When we keep our focus on Him, He will transform us into the one He desires us to be.

Our part is to yield to His creative work in us, neither resisting it nor trying to speed it up.

Even though God can be frustratingly slow sometimes, we must learn to enjoy the tempo of a God-breathed life by letting Him set the pace.

I pray that we will hold His hand in childlike trust, and wait for the fullness of His blessings to be poured out on us…amen
